This yellow gold oval coral cameo is bordered by 4 rose cut diamonds and twelve 4.6-4.8 millimeter pearls. On the back of the cameo is both a pin and a bail so it can be worn as either a pendant or a brooch. The pendant/brooch measures 2 inches long and 1.7 inches wide. It is hung from a 14 karat yellow gold chain measuring 18 inches long.
