A ladies ruby and diamond lapel watch. Signed by Omega this watch is centered with a 1/4 carat old mine cut diamond and is hung from a ruby and diamond bow pin. It was made in the early 1940's and is 14 karat yellow gold. It measures 2 1/4 inches from the top to bottom. This watch is an Omega Grand Prix.
