This antique brooch is from 1900-1910 and is 18 karat yellow gold with a platinum top. It contains 31 old mine cut diamonds for a total weight of 2 carats. It also contains a stem of synthetic rubies and sapphires and is finished by a natural pearl top. It is in mint condition.
