This antique cameo brooch measuring 2 1/4 inches long and 1 5/8 inches wide was produced in 1940's and is mounted in 14 karat yellow gold. The cameo is carved from shell and is adorned with a necklace containing a .04 carat old European cut diamond. It can also be worn as pendant.
